When will my package be shipped?
Our team is working extremely hard to ship out packages in time for the Holiday season. Orders will ship out in 10-12 business days. Due to COVID-19 there has been cause for delay. You will be updated via email about your order.
I would like to cancel my order:
Unfortunately, we do accept order cancellations. We pride ourselves in our efficiency ability to process orders quickly to ship them out to you in a more than timely manner. Once the order is placed we are unable to cancel it.
What if my package is lost in the mail?
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit when USPS verifies your package is delivered.
I do not like my item and I would like to return it:
Please email contactmochaholidays@gmail.com to exchange your item or receive store credit towards your next purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the availability of items for exchanges by mail. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost of exchange items. Please note that we DO NOT issue refunds.
I want to buy merchandise in person. Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Unfortunately, Mocha Holidays does not have a physical store location; we are an e-commerce shop only. We will be vending every Saturday for the month of December at Ancestral Landing in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Check our homepage for more information on the time and location for pop-up shops additionally, follow us on our social media platforms (@mochaholidays) for updates.
I noticed that a product is out of stock! When will it be restocked?
We typically restock 1-2 weeks, sometimes sooner. Please sign up for our newsletter to get updates on restocks. You can also sign up to get product specific restock updates.
I received the wrong item or have an issue with my order, what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to make your shopping experience with Mocha Holidays wonderful. Please send us an email at contactmochaholidays@gmail.com with your order number, and we will fix our error at no additional cost to you.
